Technicians from Changzhou Mingxu Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Province) have successfully completed the self-learning process for the inverter and frequency conversion motor of the frequency conversion

In this project, the technical team adopted advanced inverters to precisely control the torque of the reel motor. Through the torque control mode of the inverter, combined with the precise adjustment of the motor output torque under vector control, and utilizing the inverter's tension setting, coil diameter calculation, and tension compensation functions, the stable operation of the cable under various working conditions was ensured.
During the debugging process, the technicians followed a rigorous procedure. First, they performed self-learning of motor parameters, allowing the inverter to automatically identify the equivalent parameters of the motor to fully unleash control precision and performance.
